Role Overview
As a Distribution and Listing Manager, you will play a key role in managing property listings, optimizing distribution across various booking platforms, and ensuring seamless booking operations. You will work closely with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), Guesty (our Property Management System), and internal teams to enhance property visibility and maximize revenue.
This role is part of our Guest Journey team, and you will collaborate closely with our Revenue Management team. Our team members are based in Bansko, Bulgaria, and Reykjavík, Iceland, with this position located in our Bansko office.

Key responsibilities include:
• Maintain guests inquiries, bookings, arrival and departure time
• Provide a smooth resolution to guest queries and issues during their stay
• Assist guests with any maintenance issues
• Coordinate with Housekeeping team and maintenance team
• Monitor and maintain received reservations
• Support the guests directly over the phone or in written
• Apply company standards for dealing with guests and property portfolio

• Responsible and mature personality
